1. In 2016 ”Poti Iceberg” Ltd, was awarded with
certificate of conformity to the requirements of the international
quality standard ISO 9001 and regularly maintains a quality
management system requirements.
2. In 2015 to the existing 8 cold storage facilities, company added
two cold storage facilities with an area of 820 m2 equipped with
modern technology, and put into operation. 3. In 2015, by converting to new digital technologies, the
company upgraded its CCTV cameras and increased the existing number
by 8 units
4. In 2016, the company purchased 2,250 m2 of land and
expanded the territory.
5. In 2017 the Company has purchased, installed and put into
operation a high-voltage transformer (10/04) equipped with modern
technologies, with a capacity of 1600 KV A.
6. In February-March of 2018, was carried out overcovering of
the railway line located on the territory of the company.
7. In March-April of 2018, was allocated space for various
types of waste on the company's territory and hazardous and
non-hazardous wastes were transferred to licensed companies.
8. In July-August of 2018 company carried out
purchasing, installation and putting into operation of 5
refrigeration units equipped with modern technology for
facilities 5th and 6th .
9. In September of 2018 ” Poti Iceberg” Ltd,
successfully passed external audit on conformity to the ISO
9001:2015 international standards requirements and effectuated
company’s re-certification.
10. In August-September of 2018 ” Poti Iceberg” Ltd,
succefully implemented HACCP- international standards requirements
and company’s certification.
11. In 2018 company successfully has been verified
by National Food Agency and awarded with Recognition
Certificate.
12. In November 2018 company successfully passed
joint inspection, organized by veterinary control committee of
Kazakhstan, chief expert of Ministry of Agriculture of Georgia and
competent bodies of Georgia.
13. Since November at Poti Iceberg Ltd was launched and
came into operation container terminal fully equipped with
modern technologies, total storage capabilities of
which is 204 empty and 128 loaded (40’)
containers.
